The purpose of this study is to check the current state of public case management from the viewpoint of finding way to systematically actualize the integrated user-centered service. Based on the importance of integrated utilization of service, this study tried to find out the role of government in terms of sharing responsibility between central and local government, and between public and private sector. For these, I examined the social welfare delivery system classified by public organizations. Also, I figured out the structure of case management promoted by central government, and the main contents of case management in the field of local government. Moreover, I checked the possibility and direction of public case management with the contents of outcome that public case management pursues.
