PURPOSE This study is to prepare a plan to achieve achievement related to student growth.
CONTENTS A performance evaluation system is established based on the major competency -based curriculum operation plan, satisfaction evaluation for major education, competency improvement analysis through major-related non-curricular education, major competency achievement diagnosis, and major competency-based curriculum operation result evaluation.
RESULTS In it can be seen that the validity of setting the main competencies is important in establishing the curriculum operation plan based on the main competencies. By accreditation level, in terms of satisfaction with major education and improvement of non-major education level, majors aiming for accreditation level 2 showed high satisfaction with major education satisfaction and improvement of non-major education level. However, as a result of evaluating the major-centered curriculum operation evaluation, it was found that the self-diagnosis achievement diagnosis result increased, while the subject-centered major achievement diagnosis result decreased. As a result of evaluating the results of the major competency-centered curriculum operation, it was found that all departments had difficulties in deriving major courses improvement plans.
