This study was performed to identify the vocational interest areas of high school students with Down Syndrome according to the variables of gender, grade and social age. A total of 52 high school students with Down Syndrome participated in this study, and the Pictorial Vocational Interest Test for the mentally retarded, developed by Korea Employment Promotion Agency for the Disabled(KEPAD, 2003), was used. The common vocational interest areas of students with Down Syndrome were as follows: Laundry Service, Manufacturing Industry, Cleaning Service, Arrangement Service, Eating Service, Personal Service, and Horticulture. There was a gender difference in this study in which the male students with Down Syndrome showed more strong vocational interests in the area of Laundry Service, and the female students with Down Syndrome showed more strong vocational interests in the area of Manufacturing Industry. There were no differences in the variables of students\' grade and social age. Recommendations and limitations of the study were discussed.
