This study aims to verify effects of Global Bridge Program on multicultural awareness and self-esteem of multicultural family students. The average values of multicultural awareness of elementary school students and middle school students improved higher than those of pretest. But, the degree of improvement of middle school students was shown to be higher than that of elementary school students, so it was found that middle school students got more affirmative influence from HOPE Project than elementary school students. We can infer that these results were caused by the more positive and live attitude of middle school students than elementary school students. Then when it comes to openness, acceptance property, and respect property as sub factors, significant difference was not shown at the significance level p<0.05 on those sub factors. But, average score of middle school students was higher than that of elementary school students in openness, acceptance property, and respect property. So we are able to consider middle school students had been influenced more positively than elementary school students in the multicultural awareness. This study made us know we have to activate customized education program which reflects multicutural students' educational demand and raises their self esteem
