These days family restaurant competition is getting harder. They would never beats the competition with conventional methods. Successful family restaurant business requires strong management from a strategic point of view. Restaurant business make no distinction between them because of the equalization of the taste . The reality of our situation. special regard will be paid to the fact that the most important thing is win over customers at kindness service and examine it for customers. Standardization service manual will help employer keep perfect education and promote the welfare of the employer so quality of the service must improved .. A restaurant business is lack of technical improved and experienced human strength. It amounts to that the most important thing is secure the manpower resources and make customers feel satisfaction at kindness service.
