본 연구는 보육교사의 영유아권리 인식 정도를 살펴보고, 교사의 사회인구학적 변인과 CCTV에 관한 인식이 이에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해, 2개 광역시와 2개도 의 CCTV가 설치된 어린이집에 근무하고 있는 교사 275명의 응답을 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 교사의 영유아권리 인식정도는 대체로 높게 나타났으며, 생존권, 보호권, 참 여권, 발달권 순으로 인식 수준이 높았다. 둘째, 영유아권리에 관한 교사의 인식은 교 사의 학력, 근무기관 유형, 급여, 교실 내 CCTV 설치 기간에 따라 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 영유아권리에...
