Taurine은 유황 함유 아미노산으로서 뇌내에서 억제작용을 갖는 신경전달물질 역할을 하는것으로 알려져 있다. Taurine을 가토의 측뇌실내에 투여하여 혈압 및 심박에 미치는 영향을 검토하고 그 작용 기전을 규명코자 본 연구를 시행하여 얻은 연구결과는 다음과 같다. Paraquat 독성작용에 있어서 mitochondria의 잠재적인 역할을 평가하기 위하여, 이 약물의 산소 radical 생성과 지질과산화 반응에 미치는 영향을 mouse간의 submitochondrial particle 과 microsome에서 비교하여 보았다. Submitochondrial particle 사용시 NADH를, microsome 사용시 NADPH를 전자공여체로 이용한 경우 paraquat는 두 분획에서 superoxide anion과 hydrogen peroxide의 생성을 증가시켰다. 동일한 조건하에서 paraquat는 hydroxyl radical의 생성을 시사하는 methional로 부터 ethylene의 생성을 증가시켰다. 그러나,... -

Ganciclovir(GCV)와 Vidarabine(ara-A)을 단독으로 또는 동시에 HSV-1에 작용시켰을때 HSV-1의 복제, DNA합성 및 단백질 합성에 미치는 영향을 관찰할 목적으로 본 연구를 시행하였다. 본 실험에서는 4가지의 다른 HSV-1(Wild type KOS, VCVr, IUdRr, 및 PAAr5)를 사용하였다. 흰쥐 뇌 미토콘드리아에 의한 O2-⋅ 의 생성과 이 radical의 유해작용 및 그 작용기전을 알아보기 위하여 본실험을 수행하였다.
