This study surveys the improvement characteristics in old-aged muscular mitochondria by bio-active materials coated fabric (BMCF). We investigated the question of whether cholesterol catabolite can influence expression of inflammatory cytokines via Toll-like receptors (TLR) in monocytic cells.
