유아의 신장과 체중 성장특성이 건강관련 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

초기 아동기 성장특성은 아동기뿐만 아니라 성인기에 이르기까지 기능적 차이를 유발할 수 있는 중요한 생물학적 특성이라는 것이 많은 연구에 의해 밝혀지고 있다. 이러한 문제의식에 기반하여 본 연구에서는 유아의 신장과 체중 면에서의 성장특성과 신체기능, 정서기능, 사회기능, 학교기능 등 네 가지 영역에서의 건강관련 삶의 질의 관계를 조사하였다. 자료는 S 대학교 아동 심리발달 및 성장발달 연구 사업에 참여하고 있는 서울지역 아동 260명에게서 나왔다. 아동의 성장특성은 신장과 체질량지수의 표준점수에 의해 평가하였다.... -
보육시설 영아반 교사의 근무환경과 직무스트레스 간의 관계

본 연구는 36개월 미만 영아를 보육하는 어린이집 교사 162명을 대상으로 이들의 근무환경과 직무스트레스를 알아보았다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 영아보육교사의 근무환경에서 담당영아의 수는 만 0세의 경우 1-3명, 만 1세는 4-6명, 만 2세는 7-9명을 가장 많이 담당하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 월평균 보수는 80만원-100만원 미만이 가장 많았으며 근무시간은 하루 평균 10.7시간이었다. 교사의 건강상태는 교사근무를 하면서 ‘나빠졌다’라는 응답이 가장 많았다. 재교육에 참가하지 않는다고 응답한 교사가 가장 많은 반면, 참여했던... -
