the potential of this approach, we screened a large set of mAbs that recognize bovine MHC class I and II molecules and leukocyte differentiation molecules to identify mAbs that react with orthologous molecules in water buffalo. One hundred thirty eight were found that recognize conserved determinants on orthologous molecules. Also, 38% of respondents stated that school ensemble was an important experience, and private/class teaching opportunities greatly influenced students’ choice in a music teaching career. Finally, respondents valued intrinsic reasons more than extrinsic and altruistic reasons when they chose to become a music teacher.
