본 연구는 요가 프로그램이 저소득층 여성들의 심리적 신체적 상태에 미치는 효과를 알 아보고자 하였다. 저소득층 여성은 경제적 사회적 스트레스로 인하여 중산층 여성에 비해 자아존중감이 낮고 불안 및 우울한 심리상태에 있다. 이러한 심적 고통으로 신체 건강까지 위협 받고 있어서 적절한 관리가 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 저소득층 여성 들을 대상으로 12주 간 주1회 80분간의 요가 프로그램을 실시하여 심리적 신체적 건강상 태에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 요가 프로그램은 심리적 신체적 치료효과가... -
