effective instruction. Third, learning a language becomes easier when the whole personality of the learner is engaged. Fourth, the native culture and the target culture each provide rich content for instruction. Fifth, building on the idea of culture as content, English teaching can incorporate the comparison of cultures, both in terms of culturally based learning styles and strategies and in terms of ideas or behaviors. The sixth component is using intercultural communication to teach English. -

It is recommended that the Ministry of Education should organize sensitization education workshops and seminars for teachers, heads of institutions, and the student body in the elementary schools in Ghana aimed at fostering an understanding of the conditions of problem learners.
