타악기를 활용한 놀이 음악수업 지도 방안

본 연구는 초등학교 고학년 학생들을 대상으로 놀이 방식을 적용한 타악기 음악수업 방 안을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 연구를 위해 일반 수업에 쓰이는 타악기를 비롯하여, 생활 도구, 신체 악기를 활용하였다. 사용된 타악기들은 각기 번호카드 놀이, 퀴즈, 스테이지 오버, 찾기, 맞추기, 조종 놀이에 사용된다. 놀이 방식을 적용한 타악기 음악수업은 리듬, 음정, 빠르기와 같 은 음악 개념학습을 재미 있는 방식으로 개념화할 수 있다. 또한 모둠 활동이 가능하기 때문에 협동 학습이 가능하다. 이러한 구성은 음악수업을 흥미로운... -

We examined the effects of peripherally or centrally administered botulinum neurotoxin type A (BoNT-A) on orofacial inflammatory pain to evaluate the antinociceptive effect of BoNT-A and its underlying mechanisms. 내피세포가 잘 보존된 개 신동맥에서 Phenylephrine으로 전 수축시킨 후 Actylcholine을 투여하면 혈관 이완을 관찰할 수 있었지만 내피세포를 파괴시킨 개 신동맥에서는 혈관 이완을 관찰할 수 없었으므로 내피세포가 혈관 이완에 관여함을 알 수 있었다. 그래서 내피세포에서 분비되어 혈관 이완을 촉진하는 물질을 Endothelium Dependent Relaxation Factor (EDRF)라고 한다.
