the AMoV contracts the private agent adaptively adjust her streaming flow with a scalable video coding technique. The second feature EsoV monitors the social network interactions among mobile users, and their private agents try to prefect video content in advance. In this paper we implement a prototype of the AMES-Cloud framework to show its efficiency. For that we propose to show that the third party agents in the cloud can effectively provide the adaptive streaming and perform video sharing. -

This study investigated how newspaper editorials contribute implicitly to what people know and think about by recontextualizing the discourses of Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) policy.
