본 연구는 한국의 ‘손상중심의 장애출현율’ 산출기준의 문제점을 재고하기 위해 ICF장애개념을 반영한 MDS 장애출현율 산출도구를 활용하여 장애출현율을 조사하였다. 특히 MDS-Brief 문항의 중에서도 4000번 모듈(12개 문항)을 활용하여 서울시에 거주하고 있는 약 710명을 대상으로 전화조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 우리나라 장애출현율은 18.7%로 조사되었다. 장애가 없다고 응답한 사람의 비율은 49.3%, 약간은 12.2%, 중간은 19.3%인 것으로 분석되었다. 동 결과는 2017년 장애인실태조사의 장애출현율 5.39%에 비해 약 3배 이상... -
