to spot blotch in wheat. We used cluster analysis to separate the resistant and susceptible genotypes by phenotypic and biochemical traits. H2O2 associated lignin production significantly reduced the number of appressoria and penetration pegs. We visualized the effect of lignin in disease resistance using differential histochemical staining of tissue from resistant and susceptible genotypes, which shows the variable accumulation of hydrogen peroxide and lignin around penetration sites. -

Field surveys for Plum pox virus (PPV) infection were conducted in stone fruit orchards all over Bulgaria. In total, 1168 out of 3020 leaf samples from cultivated Prunus spp. and wildly growing P. cerasifera trees reacted positive for PPV in DASI-ELISA with the universal monoclonal antibody (MAb) 5B. In this research, the relationships among the 31 microsatellite markers with charcoal rot disease resistance related indices in 130 different soybean cultivars and lines were evaluated using association analysis based on the general linear model (GLM) and the mixed linear model (MLM) by the Structure and Tassel software. 본 연구는 가정의 역할과 기능이 변화하고 있는 시점에서 모의 경제활동 참여가 서울지역 초등학교 4학년생의 학업성취도에 미치는 영향을 도구변수를 활용하여 그 인과관계를 조사하 였다. 모 취업의 영향을 분석함에 있어서 방법론적으로 중요한 점은 학업성취도 차이가 모의 취업 여부 이외에 모와 아동의 특성에 원인이 있을 수 있다는 점이다. 모의 취업 여부의 결정 이 부모와 아동의 특성에 의해 내생적(endogenous)으로 결정된다면 회귀분석에 의해 추정된 모 취업 여부에 의한 학업성취도의 차이는 편의(bias)를 가질 수 있다....
