themes were analyzed, and a paradigm for the evolving processes of caregiving experiences emerged. Korean family caregivers went through 3 stages a) reconciliation with the perceived reality of the caregiving burden, b) balance between the caregiver’s responsibility and ability to cope and c) new attitudes toward life and family. Conclusion: This study explained women care giving experiences for cancer patient in Korea at the end of life based on the caregiver’s view of caregiving dynamics.
