전통 염색 재료를 활용한 기능성 종이 연구

전통 천연 염색지를 이용한 보존 보관용 재료 개발을 위하여 전통적으로 사용되어온 15종의 염재에서 염료를 추출하여 세균 3종과 진균 2종에 대하여 paper disk 방법으로 항균성을 조사하였다. 동일한 방법으로 매염제 3종을 평가하고, 매염제와 염재 추출물을 혼합하여 항균성을 조사하였다. 위 결과로부터 항균성이 우수한 9종의 염료를 매염제와 혼합하여 염색지를 제작하였다. 염색지 중 안개나무, 황련, 황벽, 오배자 신나무 복합매염지에서 진균에 대한 항균성이 확인되었으며, 흰개미를 이용한 방충력 실험에서는 황련, 황벽... -
