요가운동과 밴드운동 수행이 노인여성의 염증지표 및 노화호르몬에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 여성노인 21명을 통제집단 7명, 요가운동 집단 7명, 밴드운동 집단 7명으로 무선배정하여 주 3회 1회 60분의 방법으 로 각각의 운동을 12주간 실시하였다. 혈액검사는 운동전, 12주 후에 실시하여 혈중지질(TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C), 염증지표(CRP, WBC, Fbrinogen), 노화호르몬(E2, DHEA-S)의 변화를 Two-way repeated ANOVA를 실시하여 검증하였다. 결과는 TG, LDL-C, DHEA-S는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으나, CRP, WBC, Estradiol은 집단간 차이는 나타나지 않았으나 시기에 있어 요가와 밴드 운동 집단만 저하되며 유의한... -

We report on the dispersion state of partially reduced graphene oxide (PRGO) in organic solvents, namely methyl ethyl ketone, ethyl acetate, methylene chloride, toluene, and xylene, by controlling the carbon to oxygen (C/O) atomic ratio of the PRGOs. In this study, magnetite (Fe3O4) nanoparticles were electrochemically synthesized in an aqueous electrolyte at a given potential of -1.3 V for 180 s. Scanning electron microscopy revealed that dendrite-like Fe3O4 nanoparticles with a mean size of < 80 nm were electrodeposited on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE). Ion exchange between copper ions and alkali/alkaline metal cations was the most important mechanism of copper removal by RDF char, followed by adsorption on functional groups existing on the char surface. The copper adsorption behavior was represented well by a pseudo-second-order kinetics model and the Langmuir isotherm. The maximum copper removal capacity was determined to be 38.17 mg/g, which is larger than those of other low-cost char adsorbents reported previously. -
