The result of these analyses offered support for our model in that all dimensions of enduring involvement were significantly and positively affected by at least two facets of motivation. For the moderating effect of gender, variation in the strengths of the path coefficients was observed between male and female respondents. The findings of our study demonstrated the nature of motivation-involvement relation and moderating effect of gender on the relation.
