Effect of Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb Extract on the Antinociception and Mechanisms in Mouse

However, naloxone (opioid receptor antagonist) or methysergide (5-HT serotonergic receptor antagonist) did not affect antinociception induced by Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb extract in the writhing test. Our results suggest that Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb extract shows an antinociceptive property in various pain models. Furthermore, this antinociceptive effect of Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb extract may be mediated by Ձ2-adrenergic receptor, but not opioidergic and serotonergic receptors. -

본 연구의 목적은 12 주간의 코어 근육 강화 운동을 통해 골프스윙의 기술적 변화가 일어나는지 남자 초보골퍼 11명에게 적 용하여 알아보았다. 3D 영상분석 시스템을 통해 각속도, 각가속도, 선속도, 선가속도, 코어 근력, 볼 비거리를 사전 및 사후 분석 하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 임팩트 시 각속도 및 각가속도는 운동전과 후의 결과 모두 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 임팩트 시 선속도 및 선가속도는 선속도에서 X, Y, 축은 유의한 증가를 보였고, Z축은 유의하게 감소하였다(p <0.05, P <0.001, P <0.05). 선 가속도는...
