2013 3월과 8월 사이 총 3회에 걸쳐 챔버를 이용하여 충남 태안 소근리 갯벌 퇴적물에서 가스들(메탄, 휘발성 유기화합물, 이산화탄소, 산소 및 가연성 가스)의 방출량을 측정하였다. 챔버 내에서 채취된 메탄의 농도는 가스크 로마토그래피를, 그 외 가스종은 Multi-gas monitor를 이용하여 측정하였다. 각 가스 종들의 배출량(+) 또는 흡수량 (-)은 농도의 시간 변화율을 구한 후 1차 함수의 기울기를 이용하여 계산하였다. 다른 변수(퇴적물 함수율, 온도, 총유기탄소, 평균입도크기 및 챔버 내 온도) 또한 같은 장소에서 측정하였다....
