이 연구에서는 교원전문대학원 도입의 쟁점과 발전적 대안을 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 현행 교원양성체제의 현황과 문제점을 살펴보았으며, 그 대안이 될 수 있는 교원전문대학원의 도입과 관련된 쟁점들을 검토하고, 발전적 도입방안을 탐색하였다. 그 결과, 대체로 교원전문대학원의 도입에 대해서는 찬성의 의견이 많았으나, 도입 시기나 운영 모형 등 구체적인 방안에 대해서는 이견이 많았다. 따라서 교육전문대학원을 곧바로 도입하기보다는 사회적 공감대가 형성되는 시점에서 도입을 추진하고, 도입과 관련된 부작용을 최소화하는... -
