동적흡착방법을 사용하여 유사구조를 가진 DMMP와 IMPE의 흡착특성을 연구하였다. 유입농도를 4mg/I로 고정한 후 활성탄이 충진되어진 흡착 컬럼을 통과한 유출농도가 4.0$ imes$$10^{-5}$mg/I에 다다를 때까지를 파과 시간으로 설정하였으며 여러 유속에서 동일한 방법을 사용하여 파과시간의 변화를 파악하였다. Monoclonal anti-enrofloxacin antibody was prepared for a direct competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and purification system using monoclonal antibody (mAb) coupled magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs).
