본 연구는 어린이집 교사의 자아탄력성, 사회적 지지 및 보수만족이 집단자아존중감에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 기관의 사회적 지지와 보수만족을 구조적 요인으로 설정하여 조절효과가 있는지 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 46개 어린이집에 소속된 교사 355명을 연구대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집한 자료를 기초로 교사 개인수준 변인인 자아탄력성을 1수준으로, 기관수준(사회적 지지, 보수만족)은 2수준으로 설정하여 Mplus 7.2로 다층분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인수준에서는 교사의 자아탄력성이 높을수록...
