수열법에 의해 합성된$(Pb,La)TiO_3$분말의 소결 및 유전특성

수열법으로 $(Pb_{1-x}$La_{2x/3})TiO_3$(PLT, X=0.2) 분말을 합성한 후, $MnO_2$를 0.00~0.02 mol% 첨가하여 그에 따른 소결거동 및 유전특성을 조사하였다. PLT 소결체의 상대밀도는, Mn이 0.02 mol% 첨가되고 $1150^{circ}C$에서 5시간 소결할 경우 96.7%이였다. PLT의 유전특성은, $MnO_2$의 함량과 소결온도의 변화에 따라 변하였다. Mn의 첨가나 소결온도의 증가시 유전손실값은 측정온도의 증가에 따라 증가되었다. Curie 온도는 Mn 첨가량의 증가와 더불어 감소하였으며, Mn이 0.02 mol% 첨가될 경우, 첨가하지 않은 경우보다... -
