목적: 본 연구는 뇌졸중 환자에게 제공한 이중과제 훈련의 최신 경향을 알아보기 위한 체계적 고찰 문헌연구로, 이중과제에 대한 근거를 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 2010년 1월부터 2019년 12월까지 출판된 문헌을 대상으로 국내 문헌은 Riss, Kiss에서 검색하였고, 국외 논문은 PubMed, Science Direct를 통해 검색하였다. 총 327편의 논문이 검색되었고, 포함 기준과 배제 기준을 바탕으로 분석하여 최종 12편의 논문이 분석에 사용되었으며 근거 수준 Ⅰ이 12편(100%)으로 분석되었다. 연구결과: 분석 결과 균형+상지가 4편... -

This study explored the curriculum-related beliefs and practices reported by Singapore kindergarten teachers at a time when concerted efforts are being made to promote children’s holistic development through a child-centered curriculum that emphasizes active learning through play and interaction.
