Languages like Korean show that kinship nouns exhibit pronominal properties as well as logophoric properties. In ordinary sentences, core kinship nouns such as anay ‘wife’ refer to the speaker as well as the c-commanding antecedent either locally or long-distance similar to reflexives with logophoric properties.
