이 연구의 주된 목적은 한국인의 성취의식을 탐구하는데 있다. 이를 위해 1998년부터 2011년까지 13년 동안 성공의식, 실패의식, 미래성취의식을 주제로 다룬 7편 연구의 누적된 결과를 종합하였다. 분석대상은 청소년 2,044명, 성인 2,600명으로 총 4,644명(남 2,193명, 여 2,428명, 무응답 23명)이었다. 7편 연구에서 질문지는 연구자에 의해 제작되었으며, 이 연구에서는 7편 연구에서 공통적으로 다룬 내용을 종합하였다. 정리된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가장 자랑스러운 성공경험으로 청소년은 학업 성취를, 성인은 화목한...
