analyzed using frequency counts, simple percentage and mean. The results showed that majority of the respondents in all the schools strongly agreed with the attributes associated with the expectations of a good administrator of nursery/primary schools, problem identified was irregular payment of school fees while pupils’- teacher’s ratio was in good order.
