computer(스위스 BRUKER사 제품)의 PASCAL 언어를 이용하여 제작하였다. 사각형의 절편모양(slice profile)과 원하는 절편의 두께(slice thickness)에 선택절편내에서 절편방향으로 위상분포가 최대 2$pi$가 되는 bi-linear ramp 모양을 갖는 절편함수를 공간상에서 Fourier 변환시켜 Tailored RF를 만들었다. TR/TE=205/10 msec, 절편두께 TH=7mm, 화소배열수(matrix size)=256$ imes$256, 평면해상도(in-plane resolution)=0.62$ imes$0.31mm$^2$, 관심영역 크기(field of view : FOV)=8cm의 영상조건으로 자기공명 TRGE 영상을 얻었다. -

In this review, we describe the nature of olfactory dysfunction and the advantage of using animal models in olfaction study, and we include a brief introduction to olfactory behavior tests widely used in this field. The contribution of microglia in the neurodegenerative processes including olfactory impairment is then discussed to provide a comprehensive description of the physiopathological role of interactions between neurons and microglia within the olfactory system. -
