Histological analyses revealed increased DNA fragmentation and increased damage to spermatogenesis associated with decreased seminiferous tubular diameter and decreased germinal epithelial cell thickness in the TT/D＋vehicle group. These changes were reversed to almost sham levels upon EGCG treatment.
