학업성적이 행복에 미치는 영향: 대인관계 유능성의 조절효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 학업성적과 행복의 관계에서 대인관계 유능성의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 2017년 8월 14일∼8월 29일까지 대구·경북지역 고등학생 442명을 대상으로 학업성적에 대한 주관적 평가, 단축형 행복척도 및 대인관계 유능성 척도를 사용한 구조화된 설문지를 통해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 각 변인 간의 관계를 분석한 결과, 학업성적, 행복과 대인관계 유능성은 서로 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 학업성적은 행복에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 학업성적이 높을수록 더... -
