글로벌 금융위기 이후 논의된 새로운 ｢금융회사 정리체계｣ 정비는 금융규제 강화 차원에서 도입된 여러 가지 정책의 유효성을 결정하는 핵심요소이다. 이에 따라 주요국 정리당국은 금융안정위원회(FSB)에서 제시한 핵심원칙(KA)의 국내 제도화 노력을 강화하고 있다. 우리나라는 1997년 외환위기 이후 관련 법률 정비를 통해 핵심원칙(KA) 상당부분을 제도화하였기 때문에 주요 선진국과는 달리 행정부 주도의 특별 금융회사 정리체계를 이미 구축하고 있다. 다만, 회생‧정리계획(RRP), 채권자 손실분담(Bail-in),... -
