Considering the vulnerability and social impact of child pornography thanks to advances in information technology including high-speed internet, we suggested that all the nations including Korea need to adopt more expansive and uniform definitions of child and child pornography to prevent child sexual abuse and protect the rights of children against child sexual exploitation. -

high levels of happiness, with the majority considering play as a source of positive affect, followed by school performance, material issues, friendship, and family. In contrast, most reported sources of negative affect in children’s daily lives referred to the following categories: material issues, none, family, illness or injury, and friendship. Further studies are needed to analyze the implication of children s happiness on parents, social workers, and teachers by focusing on play activity. -

This study explored the curriculum-related beliefs and practices reported by Singapore kindergarten teachers at a time when concerted efforts are being made to promote children’s holistic development through a child-centered curriculum that emphasizes active learning through play and interaction. The collected data were analyzed according to teacher’s variables: type of institution, teaching experience, and their level of education.
