참여집단에서 3명, 통제집단에서 3명이 중도 탈 락하였다. 참여자(참여집단 13명, 통제집단 13명)들에게 마음챙김 척도, 프랑크푸르트 주의집중력 검 사, 정서조절양식 척도를 사전, 사후, 6주 후 추적 검사를 실시하여 평가하였다. 연구 결과, 참여집 단은 참여 전에 비해 참여 후에 마음챙김, 선택적 주의력, 지속적 주의력, 능동적 정서조절양식이 유의하게 더 증가되었으며, 회피 분산적 정서조절양식은 유의하게 감소된 것으로 나타났다. 이 효과 는 추적시기까지 유의하게 유지되었다. 통제집단에서는 유의한 변화가 없었다. 자기...
