본 연구는 진로교육과 창의성간의 관련성에 대한 논의를 목적으로 연구를 진행하였 다. 창의적 진로교육으로 화자되는 진로교육과 창의성교육은 어떻게 관련되고, 실제 학 교에서는 어떠한 양태로 활용되는지에 대한 논의는, 창의성과 진로교육, 창의성 측정과 진로교육의 관련성을 논의하였다. 본 연구에 의하면 창의성과 진로교육은 아직 더 많은 연구들이 필요한 분야이며, 이 분야의 연구를 통하여 학교현장의 창의적 진로교육의 발 전을 가져오길 기대한다.
