높은 생산성을 위한 인공습지 조성 및 관리 방안 제시를 위해 세 가지 대형정수식물(갈대, 애기부들, 줄)을 두 가지 매질 조건(개별 매질과 혼합 매질)과 두 가지 수위 조건(5 cm와 20 cm)에 식재한 뒤 3년간의 모니터링을 수행하였다. 그 결과 줄의 경우 조성 환경에 상관없이 첫 해 초기 생육(최대 초고, 약 200 cm; 최대 지상부 생산성 약 500 g/m2)뿐만 아니라 3 년경과 후 최종 생육(줄, 약 1,100 g/m2; 애기부들, 770 g/m2; 갈대, 450 g/m2)에 있어, 전반적으로 갈대나 애기부들에 비해 월등하게 나타났다. 특히 초기 생육이 좋았던... -

우리나라 참나무 중 하천변 잠재자연식생인 졸참나무와 갈참나무가 CO2농도와 온도상승 조건에서, 광 처 리에 따른 생육반응의 변화를 알아보았다. 그 결과, 대조구(AC-AT)와 처리구(EC-ET)에서 두 종의 생육반응은 광에 의해 영향을 받았다. 졸참나무와 갈참나무의 지상부, 지하부, 식물체 생물량 그리고 지하부/지상부 비는 대 조구와 처리구에서 광이 가장 많을 때 높았다. CFCFs led to a large reduction in the severity of the leaf spots caused by Epicoccum tobaicum and Bukholderia contaminans, respectively. In addition, the two antagonists produced indole-3-acetic acid, siderophore, and a series of hydrolytic enzymes, along with the formation of a substantial biofilm. To our knowledge, this is the first report of the antimicrobial activities of the diffusible compounds and VOCs of B. velezensis against the SH pathogens and their efficiency in the biocontrol of SH. -

many phytopathogens. EOs mode of action affects both the pathogen cell’s external envelope and internal structures. The problems associated with solubility and stability of EOs had prompted the use nanotechnology such as nanoemulsions. The use of nanoemulsion to increase efficiency and supply of EOs to control plant diseases control was discussed in this present paper. The findings of this review paper may accelerate the effective use of ginger EOs in controlling tropical plant diseases.
