새로운 방사선 촬영 방법, coronoid view를 고안하여 소개하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: coronoid view는 구상돌기 골절 중 특히 사선의 골절선을 갖는 전내측 골편을 평가하기 위하여 고안되었다. 환자를 촬영대에 대하여 직각이 되게 옆으로 앉힌 후, 환측 견관절을 45도 외전하고, 주관절을 90도 굴곡한 상태에서 촬영대 위에 팔을 놓는다. 필름은 주관절 밑에 놓고, 주관절의 직상방에서 주관절을 중심으로 방사선을 조사한다. 이 방법으로 구상돌기 골절선이 방사선과 평행이 될 수 있으며, 요골두가 겹치는 것을 피할 수 있다. 결론:... -
