한국내에서 재래적인 방법에 의하여, 생산, 시판되고 있는 전통 발효식품인 메주 (12종), 된장 (28종) 및 간장 (28종)을 전국에서 수거하였다. 이들로부터 OA 생성하는 fungi를 분리하였다. 분리된 균으로 다시 Ochratoxin A 생성 유무를 관찰하였으며, 개괄적인 균 동정도 시도하였다. 1. Monoclonal anti-enrofloxacin antibody was prepared for a direct competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and purification system using monoclonal antibody (mAb) coupled magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs). The IC50 values of the developed mAb for enrofloxacin (ENR), ciprofloxacin, difloxacin, sarafloxacin, pefloxacin, and norfloxacin were 5.0, 8.3, 9.7, 21.7, 36.0, and 63.7 ng/mL, respectively. Monoclonal antibody (mAb, NVRQS-DON) against deoxynivalenol (DON) was prepared. DON-Ag coated enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and DON-Ab coated ELISA were prepared by coating the DON-BSA and DON mAb. Three dead dogs were brought to the College of Veterinary Medicine, Kyungpook National University for study. The dietary effect of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) on the response of the immunoglobulin (serum and tissue) production in Balb/C mice was examined at three doses: 0 %(control), 0.5% and 1.5%.
