전기적으로 크면서 동시에 복잡한 구조인 제트 엔진의 산란 해석을 위해 하이브리드 IPO-MoM(Iterative Physical Optics-Method of Moments) 기법을 제시하였다. 이 기법에서 IPO 기법은 전기적으로 부드럽게 변하는 inlet 영역을, MoM 기법은 회전축과 회전날개를 포함한 전기적으로 복잡하게 변하는 영역을 해석하였다. 각 기법의 장점을 융합하여 상대적으로 효율적이고 정확한 해석이 가능하였다. 수치 결과를 제시하고 기존 Mode-FDTD, 측정 결과와 비교하여 제시한 기법을 검증하였다. -
