본 논문에서는 PCS 대역과 W-CDMA 대역 겸용 광대역 이중 편파 안테나의 설계 및 구현을 위해 L자 형태의 급전과 원형 단일 마이크로스트립 패치 안테나를 제안하였다. 안테나의 특성 해석을 위해 상용 고주파 시뮬레이션 툴인 HFSS를 이용하였다. 설계된 안테나는 제작하여 HP8753D 네트웍 분석기에 의해 측정되었다. 설계된 측정된 임피던스 대역폭은 560 MHz(VSWR<1.5), 평균 이득은 6.56 dBi로 측정되었다. 두 개의 포트 사이의 격리도 특성은 최소 -14 dB에서 최대 -40 dB로 측정되었다. 이와 같은 결과로 제안된 안테나는 이동... -

Lawsonia intracellularis is not culturable with a standard bacteriologic culture. One step PCR assay as a clinical diagnostic method was developed for the rapid detection of porcine proliferative enteritis (PPE) caused by L. intracellularis.
