본 연구의 목적은 간접외상 경험이 외상 후 스트레스 증상에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 외상 후 스트레스 장애(PTSD)의 취약성 및 탄력성 요인을 탐색하는 것이었다. 이를 위해 간접외상을 빈번하게 경험하는 자동차사고 현장출동직원 100명을 대상으로, 외상 후 스트레스 진단척도, 사건충격척도, 사고억제 질문지, 불안 민감성 지표, 심리적 강인성 척도를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였으며 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현장출동직원의 외상 후 스트레스 증상의 심각도가 높은 편으로 나타났고, 현장출동직원이 PTSD에 취약한 집단임을... -
