뇌졸중 환자의 기능 향상을 위한 과제기반 거울치료의 효과에 대한 체계적 고찰

목적: 본 연구는 체계적 문헌고찰 연구를 통해 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 한 과제기반 거울치료의 효과를 종합적으로 정리하여 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법: 2010년부터 2019년까지 국외 및 국내 학술지에 게재된 논문을 PubMed, National Science Digital Library, ScienceDirect, RISS와 KISS를 통하여 검색하였다. 포함기준과 배제기준을 고려하여 최종적으로 9개의 국외문헌과 3개의 국내 문헌을 선정하였다. 결과: 12편의 연구에서 사용한 과제의 수는 1~18개로 다양하였으며 중재의 효과를 알아보기 위해 상지기능, 경직, 일상생활동작... -
