Operation is one of the biggest problems of hospital day-care center. Object of the this study is to shed light on the problems faced in operating hospital day-care center It came to light that the number of in-hospital childcare centers experie ncing a shortage in operating budget is large, and various measures such as reduction in personnel expenditure and reduction in the number of childcare providers are taken. Background of shortage in operating budget, we presume that it is due to... -
A Study on Ethical Management of Franchise Companies (Case Study)
Seo Jung Suk 한국상담복지경영학회 상담복지경영연구 12 Pages

Currently, the franchise industry occupies a large part of our daily life. Numerous brands and franchisees are emerging and are continuously expanding. However, in the franchise industry, there are many companies that are not based on sound business ethics. Only franchisees that can fulfill their ethical responsibilities can gain the respect of society and succeed in competition. In addition, ethical management can earn continuous trust from the market. In this study, based on the successful... -
Laparoscopic left hepatectomy in swine: a safe and feasible technique
Hua Zhang, Tao Liu, Yue Wang, Hai-feng Liu, Jian-tao Zhang, Yan-shuang Wu, Lei Lei, Hong-bin Wang* 대한수의학회 Journal of Veterinary Science 6 Pages
대한수의학회 Journal of Veterinary Science 2014, 제 15권 제 3호 10 417-422 (6 pages)
A purely laparoscopic four-port approach was created for left hepatectomy in pigs. A polyethylene loop was placed on the left two hepatic lobes for traction and lift. Next, penetrating ligation of the lobes using of a double row of silk sutures was performed to control bleeding. A direct hepatic transection was completed using a monopolar hook electrode without meticulous dissection of the left hepatic vein. The raw surface of the liver was coagulated and sealed with fibrin glue. Lobes were... -
Antepartal insulin-like growth factor concentrations indicating differences in the metabolic adaptive capacity of dairy cows
Marion Piechotta*, Lars Holzhausen, Marcelo Gil Araujo, Maike Heppelmann, Anja Sipka, Chistiane Pfarrer, Hans-Joachim Schuberth, 대한수의학회 Journal of Veterinary Science 10 Pages
대한수의학회 Journal of Veterinary Science 2014, 제 15권 제 3호 2 343-352 (10 pages)
Cows with different Insulin-like Growth Factor-I (IGF-I) concentrations showed comparable expression levels of hepatic growth hormone receptor (GHR). Suppressor of cytokine signaling 2 (SOCS2), could be responsible for additional inhibition of the GHR signal cascade. The aims were to monitor cows with high or low antepartal IGF-I concentrations (IGF-I or IGF-I), evaluate the interrelationships of endocrine endpoints, and measure hepatic SOCS2 expression. Dairy cows (n = 20) were selected (240 to... -

한국음악교육학회 음악교육연구 2018, 제 47권 제 2호 1 1-25 (25 pages)
In order to explore implications for improvement in Korean field-based experiences for pre-service music teachers, this study investigated policies governing these experiences in music teacher training and their implementation in Massachusetts. Content analysis revealed that music teacher candidates in that state must choose two different grade levels and work at least 300 hours in the field. Tito University in Massachusetts required close to 500 hours of works, far surpassing the state’s... -
Antiserum Preparation of Recombinant Sweet Potato Latent Virus-Lotus (SPLV-Lotus) Coat Protein and Application for Virus-Infected Lotus Plant Detection

in lotus planting area were developed. The established ELISA and dot blot diagnostic methods can be used to detect SPLVlotus from samples successfully. And our results also showed that the SPLV-lotus and sweet potato isolates appeared clearly distinction in serology. Our study provides a high-throughput, sensitive, and rapid diagnostic method based on serology that can detect SPLV on lotus, which is suggested to be included in viral disease management approach due to its good detection level. -
Potential of Using Ginger Essential Oils-Based Nanotechnology to Control Tropical Plant Diseases

Essential oils (EOs) have gained a renewed interest in many disciplines such as plant disease control and medicine. This review discusses the components of ginger EOs, their mode of action, and their potential nanotechnology applications in controlling tropical plant diseases. Gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy (GC-MS), high-performance liquid chromatography, and headspace procedures are commonly used to detect and profile their chemical compositions EOs in ginger. The ginger EOs are composed...
