A total of 131 valid responses were used for the final data analysis. Results from hierarchical regression analyses showed that employees learning goals were predictive not only of career adaptability but also of organizational commitment. In addition, career adaptability was found to be a partial mediator between employees learning goals and organizational commitment. This study discussed the theoretical and practical implications of the findings and proposes directions for future research.
