in adult murine brain after cranial irradiation were analyzed using the neurogenesis immunohistochemical markers Ki-67 and doublecortin (DCX). 재배되고 있는 애플민트(Mentha rotundifolia(L) Huds)의 향기성분과 특성을 조사하기 위해 SDE, SFE, headspace 추출하여 GC, GC/MS로 동정하였으며 GC-sniffing test로 향기특성을 조사하였다. 그 결과, 총 67개의 화합물이 동정되었으며 SDE 추출물에서는 39개, SFE추출물에서는 42개, headspace 추출물에서는 16개가 동정되었다. 동정된 화합물 중 SDE와 headspace추출물은 terpene화합물이, SFE추출물은 hydrocarbone류가 여러종류로 나타났다. 그러나 SDE와 SFE추출물의 주성분은 piperitenone oxide, germacrene-D, trans sabinene... -

참기름의 향기성분을 dynamic headspace법으로 포집 한 다음 FID와 OD가 장착된 GC-MSD로 분석 하였다. 주요 향기성분으로는 methylpyrazine, acetic acid, 2-furan carboxaldehyde 및 2-furanmethanol 등 20종이 분리동정되었다. Sniffing test 결과 pyrazine류와 2-furan carboxaldehyde은 참기름의 좋은 향을 나타내었고 acetic acid와 2-furanmethanol은 참기름의 좋지않은 냄새로 밝혀졌다. -

nuclear genomes. The variance of total incorrect choice number in the Y-maze test among cloned dogs was significantly lower than that of the control dogs. There was also a significant decrease in variance in the level of exploratory activity in the open fields test compared to age-matched control dogs. These results indicate that cloned dogs show similar cognitive and exploratory patterns, suggesting that these behavioral phenotypes are related to the genotypes of the individuals.
