cytokine 생성능력 (NO 생성능, Interlukin-1${alpha},;TNF-{alpha}$) 검정에 의한 면역세포 활성능 측정실험을 수행하였는데, Bacillus 균주들을 TSB(Trypticase soy broth)에 키운 시료와 콩에 접종하여 제조한 청국장시료와 같은 두 가지 상이한 시료를 이용하여 혈전용해능과 면역세포 활성능을 측정한 결과, 혈전용해능과 면역세포 활성능이 가장 우수한 세 균주가 최종 선발되었다. 선발된 세균주의 동정결과 두 균주(CHKJ 1249, CHKJ 1326)는 Bacillus licheniformis로 그리고 CHKJ 1339 균주는 Bacillus subtilis로 동정되었다. -

청국장에서 분리한 Bacillus subtilis CH-1, Bacillus circul문 K-1과 Bacillus subtilis(natto) N-1 모두 biosurfactant를 생성하며 이 중 Bacillus subtilis CH-1가 가장 큰 생성력을 나타냈다. Biosurfactant를 대량 생산하기 위하여 AM, LM, NB과 TSB 배지중 AM을 기본배지로 선정하여 최적 탄소원과 질소원으로 glucose 2%, soy peptone 0.3%와 무기염을 포함하는 합성배지를 완성하였다. stresses in Chinese cabbages, however, the effects were different to cultivars of Chinese cabbages. In addition to bacterial activity to abiotic stresses, H30-3 could suppress incidence (%) of soft rot in ‘Buram-3-ho’. The tested strains were identified as Bacillus aryabhattai H26-2 and B. siamensis H30-3 based on 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis. pair of MAbs (MAbs 2B1 and HRP labeled MAbs 7A3) detected up to 104cells/0.1 ml at 22℃ and 30℃. Detection limit of sandwich ELISA using IgY was 10 times lower than MAb pair. Using the developed ELISA, we could detect several Listeria contaminated in food samples after 48 h-culturing. In conclusion, both MAbs and IgY have been proved to be highly specific to detect Listeria flagella and the developed sandwich ELISA using these antibodies would be useful tool for screening Listeria spp. in food. -
