경화성 복막염 (sclerosing peritonitis)은 복막 투석 (continuous ambulatory peritoneal dial-ysis,CAPD)을 하고 있는 환자들에서 드물게 발생하는 합병증으로 소장의 기능장애, 복부 통증,투석 기능의 저하를 가져오며 심한 경우에는 장폐색을 일으킬 수 있다.경화성 복막염에서 드물게 석회화를 동반할 수 있으며 작은 석회화로 시작하여 광범위한 석회화로 진행될 수 있다. 저자들은 복부 단순 촬영과 컴퓨터 단층촬영 (CT)에서 광범위한 석회화를 동반한 경화성복막염의 전형적인 소견을 보인 예를 보고하고자 한다. -

원발성 복막 장액성 유두암종은 복막에서 기인하는 드문 원발성 종양으로 병리조직학적으로는 난소에 생기는 장액성 유두암종과 감별이 되지 않으나 난소에는 종양이 없거나 미세한 표재성 침범만 있다는 것이 특징이다. 방사선학적으로 복수를 동반한 복막과 대망내에 종괴를 보이는 경우가 많아 복막 암종증과 악성 중피종과의 감별이 용이하지 않다. 저자들은 수술 후 원발성 복막 장액성 유두암종으로 화진된 1예를 경험하였기에 보고한다. -
