Interaction of the the rust fungus Puccinia miscanthi with the biofuel plant Miscanthus sinensis during the teliospore phase was investigated by light and electron microscopy. P. miscanthi telia were oval-shaped and present on both the adaxial and abaxial leaf surfaces. Teliospores were brown, one-septate (two-celled), and had pedicels attached to one end. genotypes based on microsatellite alleles, which showed high genetic similarity of nit mutant VCGs. Analysis of molecular variance of microsatellite data demonstrates that the current nit mutant VCGs explain the microsatellite genotypic variation among isolates better than the previous nit mutant VCGs or the conventionally determined VCGs. Mitochondrial sequences were identical among all isolates, suggesting that this marker type may not be informative for US populations of S. homoeocarpa. -

Trichoderma asperellum SKT-1 is a microbial pesticide that is very effective against various diseases. Our study was undertaken to evaluate T. asperellum SKT-1 for induction of resistance against yellow strain of Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV-Y) in Arabidopsis plants. 본 연구에서는 자동차 열선 조향핸들의 코일의 감긴 횟수에 따른 시뮬레이션 열 해석을 수행하였 다. 핸들의 내부에 열선코일의 감은 수가 많을수록 열선핸들에 전해지는 온도가 조금 높게 나타났다. 또한 열에 따른 변형은 열선 핸들의 윗부분에서 가장 크게 일어나는 경향을 보였고 핸들의 아랫부분 으로 내려갈수록 변형은 점차 작아짐을 보였다. 본 연구에서의 시뮬레이션 열 해석 수행 결과를 통하 여 운전자에게 있어 적절한 열선 핸들의 온도를 분석함으로서 내구성 있는 열선 핸들의 개발에 유용 하게 이용될 수 있다. -
